CREATIVE PROCESS
Step One...
For each project I take on, there are several creative steps I follow to ensure that I am getting the most out of my skills for each piece of work I turn my hand to.
Before I put pen (or pencil or stylus) on paper, I will research the internet, galleries, and the outside world for inspiration on my project. I will collate what i have found and play around with different ideas for the project.

I will get as many ideas down in a sketch book as I can think of before I move on to the next step..
Step Two...
The best thing to do to kick off Step 2 is start by reviewing everything I've put down on paper so far. Out of everything I have put down, I will choose 3 or 4 designs that I feel are relevant to what I am working on

Once I have chosen the designs that I'd like to take forward, I will have some fun experimenting with what I have done so far. I will try different materials and explore different avenues to work out what I feel suits the project the most.

This will leave me with a good idea of what my final design will look like and I can begin the final part of my process.

Step Three...

Once I have the idea for the final design, I will make several mock ups digitally and understand what is the best way progress my work to match my vision of the final project.

Once i have the finalised design, I will begin the fine tuning of my work. I will print my work off at the size it will be displayed so that I can see what it looks like and tweak and areas to make the presentation as polished as possible.

Finally, after I have evaluated the physical of my copy and all the fine tuning is completed. I will then be in a position to present it to the client.
